Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Opal Studio order. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Window

Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issue within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, uncut and in their original packaging with tags intact. As we deal in unstitched fabric, only uncut suits qualify for return or exchange.

Exchanges First

We prioritise exchanges for size or design preferences, subject to availability. If your chosen design is unavailable, we'll help you pick an alternative.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, message us on WhatsApp with clear photos within 3 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are settled via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Cut or stitched fabric, customised pieces and sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
